1. Acceptance of Agreement. By signing this agreement, you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to the terms governing your transportation order.

2. Services. All State to State Auto Transport coordinates transportation services and works with a carrier to move the vehicle between the agreed pickup and delivery locations.

3. Fees & Quote. The quoted price is based on the information available at booking and may change when route, carrier availability, vehicle condition or other transportation factors change.

4. Cancellation. Cancellation or order changes may be subject to processing or carrier-assignment fees as stated in the final agreement.

5. Vehicle Preparation. Remove personal and prohibited items, disclose non-running condition, and ensure the vehicle is reasonably prepared for pickup.

6. Pickup & Delivery. Pickup and delivery dates and locations are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, road conditions, carrier availability and other circumstances.

7. Inspection & Damage. Customer should inspect the vehicle and complete the carrier's Bill of Lading at pickup and delivery; carrier damage claims are handled according to the carrier's applicable procedures.

8. Governing Terms. This agreement and any applicable written order confirmation govern the services accepted by the customer.
